This painting was the Reserve Champion at the "BLOOMS 6" show hosted by the Coast Collective. It was inspired by a luminous rhododendron that blooms in the spring at the world famous Butchart Gardens in Victoria, B.C. The original hangs in the home of an avid gardener from Vancouver Island.
