I love watching the flamingos in their natural habitat in the Yucatan, Mexico. The males often put on a big show while the females basically ignore them. I painted this on location in Mexico, and donated it to an auction raising funds for the Progreso Apoyo Program, a nonprofit organization which helps to remove education barriers for children in the beach communities of the Yucatan.
